Not only are they beyond the legal time for collection, but by making threats against you they are in violation of the FDCPA and your State consumer protection laws. If they call back, get the name and address of the CA, send them the "repossession/delinquency" letter from my website, (not the SOL letter) and report them to the FTC and your State attorney general's office. You also should check your credit reports and make sure nothing else has popped up.
