When you say "settled" what exactly do you mean? Did you settle with the original creditors for the full amount? Did you settle for less with the OC's and get a 1099c for the balance? Did you pay collection agencies the full amount? Did you "settle" for less with collection agencies? Have you seen your credit reports?
