Yes the agreement was made after the judgement was entered....the letter agrees to dismiss the case with prejudice.
they only ever contacted us once and we didnt respond and they immediately brought this suit.....this acct charged off 12/02...we got the letter in 3/03 from these collector lawyers....didnt respond and the rest you know....the acct is actually owned by a law firm collection co in california....i know this because i attempted to settle with wells fargo directly and they told me this....they have never heard of the company that brought the suit in their name!
