can you make your credit score go up higher

can you get you credit score up by paying your house payment bank owned, and a car loan you have never been late , I am ask because of about 3 cc are charged off but I have paid one but i know it doesn't matter because it was charged off the other 2 are from providian, and the ca they sold it to or what ever they done with it, but I have been making monthly payments on it to a law office they have, are all lawyers a collection agency lawyer for the ca that hired them on my cancelled checks from the lawyer its say's collection agency for the payee, I have paid them 1450.00 in the last 6 months, I havent received a statement from them in over 2 months, but I sent them the money any way, are they going to sue me I owe them 3500 on the cr say's but I really don't know what I owe I know the late fee's and the attorney fees I guess i just don't know , any how can my cr score go up by paying my bills on time now , or will it stay , the same score for the next 4 years, the sol isnt up until 4/2004 but I need to know about the cr score
