Is that all states? I am from OHIO. I am looking at getting sued shortly and want to get a letter out to collections before that occurs and if I can use the repossession/delinquency letter that would be perfect. Repo was on or about 9/1999. Bank updated it on 7/2003? what the update was I am not sure. Then MCM (CA) took over debt on 6/2003. Now it looks to me 4 years and 2 months past delinquency!! thanks to all
