No it is CERTAINLY not under the 15 year written contract SOL if it was repossessed.

It is PROBABLY under the same or STRICTER repo rules than a car.

You can use the repo/deficiency letter on my website, just replace the phrases,vehicle with "mobile home".Make SURE you send copies to the Dealer who sold you the trailer, and the finance company that financed it, as well as to the CA.

If you can wait a day or so, I will look up the specific statutes for you.
