You may be able to demand validation, even though its been reduced to judgment already. If you can get it vacated, then that's the route to try. You can find tons of information on validation at www.creditinfocenter.com As for how long before you get to court on your appeal, there's simply no way for any of us to tell you that. It depends on the court's docket load and the judge - if he decides to hear your case.
