According to the sumons, she stopped making payments in June of 2003. She hasn't purchased anything for months. Yes, she is still working at Mervyn's. I feel that they are pushing her to retire. She is 70 years old. Recently they have been assigning her to work nights. She would only work nights once in a great while. My mom forgets alot of things. I had to start paying all the bills here because she would forget. I think that is what happend here. She wants to pay them.
