bankruptcy

I am just looking for info on MN. bankbuptcy, is it wise? or should I just keep disputing accounts with the credit bureaus and wait til the SOL runs out?

Also, can I settle for 10% with a CA that is collecting on what they call default of a lease (for an apartment I was evicted from)? Or not since it's a housing issue?
