The repo was in 1999? Were you served ALL the documents of the resale,including a complete accounting of where and when the sale was held? The SOL for collecting on a LEGAL deficiency, that is one in which ALL the paperwork was done properly , is 4 years from the date of resale. Go to my website, look for "Letter on Repossession Deficiency" follow the directions.
