Just wondering if anyone here has a good letter that I can use to send to a CA for a debt that I last paid on in March of 1994. The ca called me yesterday and told them to send me a letter of validation. Once I receive this, I would like to send them a letter stating it's WAY out of the SOL. I am in Kentucky, so the SOL is five years.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!!!! Rick
