I have been charged off by providian a month ago. The debt was sold to CACV. Got a call yesterday with pressure tactics. I owe about 4500.00, I am wondering some things. Fistly- what did they pay for this debt, and what are my chances of settling with these guys-and for how much, secondly will they file suit and try to get a judgement-how fast and where would they file suit. They are out of Arizona/Colorado _ Ilive in Vermont. Please assist thanks
