i live in ny. my mother recently passed away, leaving very little money and NO estate. i am now being contacted by her creditors and utility companies and asking for payment from me. she lived in subsidized senior housing on her own and i was NOT an authorized user on ANY of her accounts. how can i handle this? any suggestions? thanks
