No, no, no. Accord and Satisfaction, or Restrictive Endorsements that you are suggesting is NOT binding in every state. There are only a few states where A&S is binding and even then only under specific conditions. The threat of a lawsuit, if they don't actually intend to sue you, is an FDCPA violation. When the witch says that to you, ask her for an exact filing date, which court etc. Chances are she's blowing smoke.
