It says that I filed and Exception of Prescription and the plaintiff desires to have the exception scheduled for hearing. It also says 'It is ordered, that the Exception filed on the behalf of the defendant be fixed for hearing on Feb 4th'.

The thing is that I don't know what an Exception of Prescription is. I did file an answer to their lawsuit. But, this is the first time I have heard of this term. I guess i'm supposed to be dazzled by their legalese.
