I noticed in a post you said only an OC can charge off.........well i noticed on my credit report an account with a CA who has never contacted me....the OC is still reporting the same acct......the OC has it as a chargeoff but i cant tell exactly when they charged it off........the CA has it as opened 12/02 and charged off 4/03.......i disputed both items with the CRA and they removed the OC's report.....My last payment was 3/98 and i am in massachusetts......should i send a validation to the CA even though i never heard from them.....or should i sit and wait since SOL is up soon. It first went 30 days late in 1997.
