Your post mentioned provable debts verses validation as if to imply that there is a different standard or a set of criteria and then you warned that those who ask for validation and using cease and desist letters are begging for a lawsuit and will be sued. Now,in practically all of your previous posts you have always said first step should be validation and to use limited cease and decease letters before.

I am confused because this is different advice than what you normally give. Also your IP address is radically different from previous posts which usually have a 209 number. Are we perhaps dealing with an imposter here since I remember Why Chat mentioning that she will be away from the board a few days?
