don't understand sol

I can't figure out wich sol is right is it the one on why chats sight that says 4 year or the one on here that says 6 I live in Pennsylvania and the loan which is a personal loan was made in pa. I have another question as well one on the credit reports does it have so many different dates I'm sure the last time we paid on this loan was in early 1999 but it is saying it was 2000 I think here is exactly what it says
charge off as of 7-2000
180 days 6-2000 6-2000 5-2000 3-2000 8-1999
150 days 3-2000 6-1999
120 2-2000 6-1999
90 12-1999 5-1999
60 11-1999 4-1999
30 10-1999 2-1999
this report was from 2001
his newest one has all of this but on the very top it has collection as of 10-2002 to 2003
then on his transunion it says status as of 08/1999 collection account I'm so confused by all this and don't understand at all we are being hounded by some person who says they are with Hayt Hayt and Landau and that they are going to get a judgment against us.
They get very nasty when they are on the phone with me it isn't even my loan my husband got this loan in his name alone. I didn't even think they could descuss his credit problems with me. Sorry its so long
