Would the dola be considered the last payment that was on time or would it be considered the time the last payment was sent in? For instance, from 1997 we were late or would skip payments for a month or two then pay again. I have a credit report that shows a charge off on 7/1997 this is the one that I got a judgement on me last year. Also, the sol be used at the beginning of the process or when the judgement is heard? And just for kicks I need to ask this ?. If it was past sol when they got the judgement, is there anything that can be done now? I know it is a stupid question but I just want to put my mind at ease.

Thanks...Susan
