Thank you Scott for your comments. This is really confusing. I thought the only date that ever mattered was the last paymet prior to the original charge off with the original Creditor. That in fact a sold debt does not hold up in court because no service was ever provided (to me). Additionally, most of these account are past SOL, so my tactic was... my hope was.. I settle with them only if they remove all derogs from my CRA reports, and if they do not accept, can't I have them delete the accounts period because they are beyond SOL? Please advise. I really appreciate your advice, and any others. I want to proceed right. Thank you!
