GECAF is General Electric Capital Asset Funding, which is, as it sounds, a financiing arm of GE. They have spun off to Monogram Credit Card Bank of Georgia, 7840 Roswell Rd, Bldg 100, Suite 200, Atlanta, Georgia 30350. They run the credit card programs for many retailers.
