Thank you Scott. That was my plan, to offer 10 cents to the dollar at this point, because I know they aren't expecting it and most can't even collect it if they tried due to SOL. I've drafted my letter, and included paid in full as the agreement, plus, if accepted, I read that you should write on the check you pay them with that it is payment in full for acct# blah blah blah. That should do it... shouldn't it? Won't my points go up once they remove the negative TL's and put Paid As Agreed/Current? Won't my points diminish drastically if my credit history changes from 13 years to 2 years if these just fall off my reports? Thank you again! Cherokee
