First of all I want to say this is a good site and I read it all day and everyday but it's alot to take in. I just want to know what to do. I was with lexington law for about 5 months and then I realized I can dispute myself so I cancelled them and started disputing myself online. I'm in Michigan and in 2001 my mom had cancer, I was a student in college,my dad got real sick and I was 6 months pregnant and had to take on a lot of responsibility and had to stop paying my credit cards and I will admit I was in college with 1 child already and fell for the credit cards. I lived off them and I know better now and I know just get one credit card and pay it off every month. but I have 2 judgements one for 614.00 and another for 3096.00 that shows on experian and 8 charge offs and 3 CA entries that the status says no status. The 614.00 judgement shows on the Trans union report and the judgements don't show on the experian report because lexington disputed them and they took them off. Where do I go from here. I finished College with my degree and got a Job to afford a house now and now my credit is jacked. The 614.00 judgement the courts sent me a letter and said they are going to take it out of my taxes for the upcoming year. Can they garnish my wages or should I do bankruptcy. I need to get a house so bad and my scores are like 524,522,495 and I'm paying 700.00 to stay in a apt that was section 8 when I was on Welfare and now since I have my job my rent went to 750 and I rather pay that on a mortgage instead. I have disputed with all three experian, equifax, and trans union. I'm on file now and I guess they don't want to take the stuff off because they keeps saying verified. What should I do or is there anything I can do Thanks LadynRed so much
