disputes and validation problems

I've disputed old, incorrect, and paid accounts as well as asking the creditors for validation. Now as the CRA's near the end of their dispute period I have found my CR riddled with deletions, corrections, AND NEW LISTINGS!!!! Where one collector was forced off a CR they inserted 11 new accounts on another!!!! These are medical bills meant to be on one file but apparently being forced out of the CR made the collector mad and they split the file into each and every billing on the medical stuff. GUess I pissed them off. Other ones like Asset and COlelct America have ended up violating by verifying their info with the CRA's without validating the debt first. What a mess. Looks like my first round with these guys has been a mixed blessing - now I have to turn around and redispute some of the old stuff, as well as dispute the new stuff. The medical collections I plan on using Why Chats Hippa letter I just have to find out which things have been paid and which haven't - now that the CA has reported all of them it helps to see, but is going to make it difficult to get them wiped off my report! My Equifax score had gone from 510 -> 565 -> 535 An improvement but it is discouraging that it dropped from is high a week ago....
