Thank You Taz! When you explain it that way, it makes sense. So far I have not responded at all, but I have the validation request ready to go.....just wondering whether I should or not. The lady from Eskanos & Adler left another message on my recorder saying that " she left one message before, and sent a letter, and haven't heard from you yet.....we have business to conduct, and I don't want to take this any further..."

So anyway....I feel like its a "mexican standoff" because I don't want them to think I'm ripe and ready to be served, but I also don't want to lose my leverage in court if they DO sue me....(by not getting validation, etc.) I don't want to just hand over an easy judgement for them, or look like a big flake in court....!!! See my dilemna?

Thanks much for your comments, and if you have any more I'd love to hear them! I know my issue sounds petty compared to some others on here, but I really over-analyze things to the point of really stressing myself out! After all, it's only $$$ right??? (smile)
