The CA said they are the new OWNERS of my account.
The CA also said they bought the account within 6 years of charge-off, and they have a judgment against me. They are saying that my last payment was 11/96 but it was deliquent again as of 12/96 therefore they had until 12/2002 to file the judgment. I lost the 30 days to verify this and they won't send me anything about it.
