If you listed the 2nd in the bk and didn't reaffirm, the debt was discharged in the bk. They can't come after you.
Here's a hint. OPTOUT! This will keep any old creditors from being notified you're seeking financing. The # is at the bottom of the link. Give it 30 days to take affect.

I think you're OK. See what the validation request brings.Keep in mind, there is no 30 day limit for them to validate unless, you dispute with the CRA's. The CRA's must investigate within 30 days and if they verify with the CRA's prior to validating to you then, the ca is in violation of the FDCPA-continued collection activity prior to validating.
