If you want to fight this now - the chance that a judge will vacate this judgment is miniscule.

Even if, as it appears, they were outside the sol - you've probably waited too long to do anything about it.

I understand that these things are often ignored because people are often having other problems as well. So, for anybody else reading this, DON'T ignore these lawsuits. You MUST find a way to fight them when prsented. You cannot wait and hope to be able to set aside a judgment - even one that is past the sol. Courts are unwilling to disturb a judgment after this length of time even for a very good reason.
