Dear Cowboyx - let little "Justin" if that really is his name pull his 'verification' stunt. Always nice when the enemy places his vanity-bloated head through the noose and pulls the rope, saves you the trouble. His chatter is illegal, make sure you tape it, that's what some FTC people advise regardless of state taping laws written primarily to protect criminal politicians.
You are experiencing firsthand the projective telegraphic language of the criminal who invariably threatens others with consequences rightfully due him, always accusing and blaming others for his own stupid little life.

Yo Scott -

Wonderful! Nice to know hardonworking 'collections professionals' who uphold the 'highest standards of the industry' according to AssXXXX Acceptic - who never miss an opportunity to diddle a DOLA - will receive public credit for their stellar achievements.

Look for this trend to grow. These perps have gotten away with this because of victim compliance, secrecy of operation, denials, threats, all the earmarks of a silent criminal conspiracy.

Criminals do the same stuff over and over and over, as do 'collections professionals', one and the same. They do well by controlling their environment. They pick time of day, neighborhood and victim which for them feels comfortable.

Sensing the slightest surveillance with 'reptile brain' instinct they become unsettled, distracted, and with the innate desire of all crooks to get caught they make mistakes of increasing frequency and severity leading inexorably to their capture.

Thus shall it be for collection professionals. For benefit of new readers, most if not all CA's are a criminal conspiracy operating under color of law. Regular willful violation of rules governing their alleged 'industry' is typical.

Publicity begets curiosity. People compare notes, shame boils into the anger of the betrayed -watch out for that one - something well known and respected by the toughest DEA and other undercover cops. A most peaceable person becomes frighteningly unpredictable upon realizing they've been betrayed, especially by a group so fine as 'collections professionals'. The emotion is well understood by those certified to speak to such, it transcends mere anger.
When appropriately formed and directed this vigorous desire to set matters right may well render it necessary for these bloodsucking punks to forego the dog-track cocktail sessions with Judge Cracker, reporting instead for third shift duty to clean the dog cages.

Cagily,

Keyser Soze

PS - better check out those Homestead exemptions,
Roofy, oh, tha's right, you can't homestead
land, expecially when you live elsewhere.
