So, if a credit card just drops your credit limit so you can't use it any longer, it is still considered "active"? Or if they close an account and place it in a reduced interest account with no purchasing priviledges (we didn't sign for this new arrangement) is it now no longer an open-end account? By the way, this "new arrangement" has increased from the promised 12% interest to 19.99% recently for no apparent reason. Thanks so much.
