Well then, thank god for luck. What i did was search the FAQ's on both TransUnion and Experian website and both specifically said that Chptr 13 BK are deleted after 7 years. And they did! I then printed out both those pages and sent a letter to Equifax requesting deletion. They declined saying that only deletion after 7 years would be if it had been discharged. In my opinion that is discrimination. I believe that a Chapter 13 should be treated the same way whether discharged or dismissed. So, I guess my next step will be to file complaint with BBB on the basis of discrimination. Any other suggestions, other than letting time heal the wound? thanks Marv
