They may file a motion to compel and notice it up for a hearing. They will send you a copy of the Notice of Hearing and their Motion to compel. That is if, you don't respond at all or respond in an incomplete fashion. I believe you should use their tactic against them and provide them with your own Interrogatories that would require them also to answer. If they don't answer or answer incompletely, then you may also file a motion to compel. You will also have to Notice your Motion up for Hearing and file appropriate Certificates of Service. If it goes to actual trial then I would consider using an attorney.
