Tell the Judgment Creditor that you would like to settle the judgment for a lump sum (which is all you have) as settlement in full.

I have been the judgment creditor in the past and have been willing to take a lesser amount on more than one occassion. You will have to ask though, don't expect the judgment creditor to come up with this wonderful idea and call you.
