You need to check your state's laws about recording telephone conversations. If permissible, then record away ASAP! I dealt w/ these douchebags for a client of mine. 1. Have you made a complaoint with teh Il Atty General's office & your state's Atty General's office? 2. The reason they do not want to send anything through the mail is becuase it would open themsulves up to a mailfraud charge.
