That’s a good question. The summons does have a number stamped on it at the top. I don’t know if this means it has been filed or not. It also has a seal that says Oklahoma country district court clerk stamped over the signature from the deputy court clerk. One thing that is strange about it is what is left blank at the bottom. It reads “This summons was served on the __ day of ____, ___.” This date has not been filled in, it is just left blank. How would I find out if this has been filed or not? If it were a real summons, I wouldn’t think they would leave the date it was served on blank.
