Be sure to file complaint with FTC - SOL suit is against their rules, AssXXXX probably violated more rules by their letters and actions. This is another arrow in your quiver to use against them. Let them know you mean business, not to be trifled with by reporting to federal authorities.
When the stack reaches a certain height, the agencies always take action and AssXXXX is by no means above the law, despite their defiance of it.
