My husband was a victim of ID theft. We started rec'ving letters from JBC & ASSES over the last 5mths. We have faxed, lettered, and called numerous times explaining they were going after the wrong guy. The drivers licenses didn't match, names didn't match, and the banks the checks were written from we've never been account holders. I finally got a hold of the "superviser" Mr. Ron Jackoff Glass @ 800-241-0893x216 (for those of you who feel the need to reach out and touch someone)and he assured me they would take our information off the list. To date he refuses to take my calls and when we call the "standard" 800 line the reps disconnect me. It's ironic the if you call the number above, it's for three companies... JBC & ASSES, ROA Hutton, & Gobal i marketing...so who are the really??? and the so called creditors that are filing for the pizza huts, tj maxx's, this marlin Check capital, try to find them, they don't even list contact number with the credit reporting bureaus. I finally called the FTC's ID Hotline and filed complains with them as well. Any more suggestions?
