Send a request for validation from Assets Attorney and file your response with the court house and then send a copy of your response to the attorney, certified mail, registered reciept. File your answer with the courthouse first and your answer says lack of knowlege on all since they have not validated. How can you file a SOL defense if you are not aware of the creditor.

Also, see if you can make a motion to dismiss based on lack of validation.

Once you get your validation (if you get it), you can then file a motion to dismiss the case with teh court (as long as it is before the court date) based on the SOL argument.
