The request for "validation" is not on my website as I consider it a non legal issue.

You may, if you wish request validation, however,in my opinion, you are ALREADY requesting the only validation that matters, i.e. proof of their claim.

As to not raising the SOL defense in your answer beause you have no "proof" of who the OC was, that is nonsense. If yo don't raise it as a defense NOW you will lose it as a defense permenently.

Fill in the answer with whatever information is on the CLAIM, if you have no knowledge of the truth of their claim, say so. If all of your debts are beyond SOL, you claim SOL, if you have no idea as to the dates of the alleged debt, you say so.

I have NO idea what possible purpose a validation request AFTER a suit is filed would be.

It is true, that if you had requested validation BEFORE they filed, and they had not responded, it would be a valuable addition to your case for a countersuit.

That is the purpose of the SOL letter,as I never suggest any "validation " request before the SOL has run out.
