Hi, I do not live in the Lancaster, CA area but I have a debt that has been turned over to them. They have been extrememly rude and I can't get a straight story from anyone I talk to. I spoke with a gentleman named Brian who told me to call back the next day and speak with him so I called back the next day, asked for him and got Ms. Major who said I WILL talk to her and that I could not talk to Brian, so I hung up on her. She then called me right back and asked why I was calling if I didn't have the money. I told her that is what Brian told me. I also spoke to a Mr. Ramirez who was extremely rude also, screamed at me and told me I was wasting my time and his time by calling back. I spoke with a collection agency and an attorney in my area and they said that they cannot believe they are treating people like this and that usually they will try and work with the person, not these people, they are all about making a person feel like a piece of dirt that has been swept under the rug!!! Please respond and let me know what you are doing.
