Thanks for the info. I agree with what you're saying, but I haven't been able to find in the FDCPA any explicit statement that the CA needs to get a copy of the signed agreement between the debtor and the original creditor. So, I'm not sure why I can legally demand them (the CA) to provide me with such information.
