Defualted Student Loans

I was unable to pay the full amount on my student loan. It eventually went into default and is being handled by AES-PHEAS. They have attached my wages for $300 and want an additional $325 for re-hab. There's no way I can afford the $625 a month to afford the rehab...but need it to clear my credit.

Any suggestions are welcome. Even if they are sarcastic.
