If your loans are listed as more than one loan, then you need to look at loan consolidation. They will make your payments based on income contingency and your loans will come out of default. Your credit score does not matter, but if the lender has a court judgment agains you then you can not use this option for the loans with the judgment. But, I think you still can if all they are doing is the 10 percent administrative wage garnishment. the url for the site is http://loanconsolidation.ed.gov/ Good luck and feel free to email me if you have any questions.
