My child was bitten in an in home daycare. Not once but twice! I decided after the second bite because it was in the middle of her back and the severity of it and the fact that she was 15 months old at the time to remove her immediately. Lack of supervision. I signed a contract with this woman. 2 weeks notice or 200.00 if no notice is given. I was paying 100.00 a week. I refused! She turned me over to a collection agency! I called the agency and they said that they do not take those kind of clients. (daycare) Unless the person had 20 or more accounts because they take a large percent of what they collect. Well evidently I am guessing she knows someone at the agency. My attorney said it would cost them a bunch to go to small claims and he doesnt see how a collection agency could report it either because it was a service that was not provided. Its not like I ran up my visa and they receipts with my signautre. What do you think? All comments welcome. O and my little girl is oK and very happy with her new daycare provider.
