They cannot call third parties. Send complaints to FTC right away with statements from parents, etc. Start a paper trail on these insects the better to snare the stinky little plop-flies. They have busted the rules by doing this and probably many more. Send copies of all poop sheets from them to the FTC. Language is critical, CA's frequently use illegal terms and phrases in letters. Make trouble for them, set them up. In do doing you defend yourself by preempting their future incursions. This is war. Make it a cold one.
