Yeah,

Well in my opinion I'm entitled to oh, about ten or twenty new Lincolns and Caddies in which to careen about and smash up every week, just for fun's sake. Plus, oh, about ten thousand per day to blow on Chocolate Yoo Hoo's and Moon Pies.

Their opinion holds validity at least equal to the above. Judge Crackermight buy that tray of piggy doots but no appeals court will. Validation is the complete month by month log among other things. Their opinion my foot, the FTC has an opinion of another sort which carries a smidge more weight.

And this bullshale about 'their client's position'? Hey, their client will assume the position of a dog passing hockey pucks when you countersue for FTC violations.

Don'cha jes' love criminals and how they always try to con their marks? After a while you see it like headlights on a 'forties pinup poster.

Markedly,

Keyser Soze
