Law does not need to be written in the statutes or regulations (gov agencies) to be valid. It can be case law (created by judge) or in the statements issued by the agencies.

All of the above posters have this correct. If they had the law on their side, they would be citing the law. They are just trying to confuse the issue.

Take yourself back to math class and remember those complicated word problems they used to throw at you. The key there was to ignore everything but the numbers and discard the rest. Then you could solve the problem.

They are trying to smoke up the room so you can not see that they have nothing to show you.

AS Keyser says, it is their picnic, let them bring the sandwiches.
