If you have bad credit, you might get a home Loan if your FICO score is above 620. If it is below 620, probably not. If it is between 620 and 700, you will be in the higher interest category and you will pay a lot for your loan. Sometimes it is better to wait for about seven years, get your act together, and then apply for a loan or otherwise you will pay a fortune for your mortgage.
