This isn't my only big debt. I am on a hardship program for 1 year by Discover card. Bank One never offered me a program, if they had I could have avoided this altogether. I told MRS this and I said I dispute the 16,000, that I only owed 10,000 at most..the rest was fees Bank One added on.( Thats how I answered their verification letter)Probably not a good move huh?
