I was wondering if anyone has heard about National Assets Recovery Systems.
They are trying to collect on an old credit card debt that is years old and I believe past the SOL. I sent them in October asking for debt validation after they had been calling. When I asked their mailing address, they refused to give it to me. I had to get it from the internet. Also included was info about the SOL,etc.
They continue to leave phone messages and I had to call them twice telling them I have been logging their calls.
I sent the letter registered with a return receipt so know they got it. What now?
After this last phone call letting them know I sent the letter and for them to do business only by mail, they started yelling and kept telling me to pay the bill.
Can I report them to the FTC or should I with the state of Washington?
Thanks
